Any physical product purchased directly from our website and shipped directly from Leading and Learning with Character, LLC can be returned if you are not 100% satisfied with the product. 

Return Policy Terms:

• Product must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Shipping costs will be paid for by the person returning with product.
• State of return: Product must be in the same condition as when we shipped the product. 
• Place a copy of your order receipt in the shipping box with the item you are returning. 
• The reason for the return must be included in the return box. 
• Products purchased from any other retailer or website (Amazon, etc.) must be returned to the original seller.  
• Upon receipt of the returned product we will inspect the product, and check to see if all required information is included in the return box.  We will email you with notice of approval or refusal. If approved your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
